Shipping policy

Production

Each item is made to order, so please allow production time before your order ships. Orders typically enter production within 2–5 business days.

Shipping & tracking

Transit usually takes 5–15 business days after shipping, depending on destination. You’ll get a tracking email when the order ships.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen with carriers or customs on international orders.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping charges. If a package is refused because these fees weren't paid, it's not eligible for a refund.

Addresses & lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If tracking hasn't updated for 30 days, email us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have the package, contact the carrier first, then email us at elysiumwares404@gmail.com with your order number.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing for a full refund. After that your order may already be in production, and we can't cancel or change it.
