Refund policy Most items are made to order. We don’t offer returns for change of mind, sizing, or taste once production has started. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email elysiumware404@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace it or refund you. If we cancel an order we can’t fulfill, you’ll get a full refund.
